What is an Ideal Business Outcome?
An Ideal Business Outcome, or IBO, is a concrete definition of what your business should look like when it is working for your life, not just working. It is not a revenue goal, a vision board, or a five-year plan. It is a specific architectural blueprint defined across five dimensions: time, team, work, revenue, and impact.

The five dimensions are time, team, work, revenue, and impact. Together the five dimensions produce a complete design specification for a business built around your actual life.
What is intentional business design?
Intentional business design is the practice of defining what your business should look like before building or rebuilding any systems, offers, or infrastructure. It is the opposite of defaulting into a business that technically works but never quite fits.
How is the IBO different from setting business goals?
Goals tell you what you want to achieve. The IBO tells you what kind of business you need to build to get there and sustain it without destroying your life in the process.
Can my IBO change over time?
Yes, and it should. The right business design for you at 38 is probably not the right one at 52. Life changes. Capacity changes. The IBO is a living blueprint, not a permanent decision.
Is this just another framework I have to learn?
No. The IBO framework is a design tool, not a methodology you implement daily. You use it to define your blueprint, identify the gap, and determine what to build next. The framework reduces complexity. It does not add to it.

A Business Design Profile is the identity-level result of mapping your answers across the five IBO dimensions. There are six profiles: Carepreneur, Freedom Seeker, Operator, Impact Driver, Empire Builder, and Challenger. It is not a personality type. It is a design specification.

What is a Freedom Seeker?
A Freedom Seeker is an entrepreneur who built their business to serve their life, not consume it. They want time, autonomy, and the ability to step away without everything collapsing. Designed for precision over scale.
What is an Operator?
An Operator is an entrepreneur who genuinely loves running a business. They love leading, building, being in the work every day. They want systems that multiply them, not replace them.
What is an Impact Driver?
An Impact Driver is an entrepreneur whose business exists to change something. Revenue matters because it funds the mission, but the mission is the point. Designed for sustainable reach.
What is an Empire Builder?
An Empire Builder is an entrepreneur building for scale, wealth, and market position. They think in years and decades. Their design prioritizes scalable architecture from day one.
What is a Challenger?
A Challenger is an entrepreneur driven by competition and the win. They move fast, test constantly, and need systems that keep up with their pace without creating chaos underneath.

Do I need to be on calls?
The Business Design Blueprint is fully asynchronous. No calls required. The Intentional Business Design engagement includes one coaching call with Tracy plus the audit and Blueprint work.

We do not offer financial refunds. If something is not landing right, we do not call it done. We work with you until the design is clear. A refund gets you your money back. We would rather get you your answer.
