Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone, address and email.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis in accordance with the agreement at the time of purchase.
Fulfillment & Delivery
At System Chicks, we provide digital products, coaching services, and done-with-you or done-for-you implementation support. Fulfillment timelines and access details vary based on the type of offer:
Digital Products & Downloads
You’ll receive immediate access via email after purchase. If your materials don’t arrive within 15 minutes, please contact us at [email protected].
Coaching Calls & Strategy Sessions
After purchase, you’ll get an email with scheduling instructions within 1 business day. Most sessions are booked within 7–10 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
DWY/DFY Services (Done-With-You or Done-For-You)
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll reach out within 2 business days to start your onboarding. Project timelines depend on scope and will be outlined during your onboarding or strategy session.
Fulfillment is considered complete once the agreed-upon deliverables are provided. If you’re unsure whether your order has been fulfilled, reach out—we’re here to help.

Refunds & Cancellations
We stand by the quality of our work and the value of our systems and services. That said, because of the nature of digital products and time-based services, we do not offer automatic refunds.
Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, and templates are non-refundable once delivered. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect file, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Coaching Sessions
Refunds are not provided for missed or unused sessions. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting the session at our discretion.
Done-With-You / Done-For-You Services
Due to the custom and collaborative nature of these services, all sales are final once onboarding has begun. If there’s a legitimate issue with deliverables, we’re committed to working with you to resolve it quickly.
We believe in mutual respect and open communication. If something’s off, reach out. We want every client to feel supported and successful.
