What is Asana?

“Isn’t that done yet?!”

This is an all too familiar question in many businesses across the globe. It’s the question that causes frustration for managers, fear and guilt for team members, and feelings of being behind for the solopreneur.

The solution for that?

A strong project management tool.

And Asana fits the bill perfectly.

With a great user interface, tons of flexibility, a friendly pricing structure (including free options and the ability to invite users to individual projects only) Asana is a great solution for entrepreneurs at any stage.

One of the valuable things in Asana is the ability to add non-users to individual projects. This can be useful when working with independent contractors.

You can restrict access to projects allowing you to keep privacy where needed as your team grows.

There are a lot of PM tools on the market, and ultimately they all do the job. We use Asana at the System Chicks and have used it for years. It allows us to make sure all of our projects are on track, ensures we don’t miss any steps or skip anything, and allows us to have open communication and collaboration on project statuses and updates as we progress through the weeks, months, quarters and years.
