Before there was “System Chicks”, there was a legacy of digital expertise, coaching, and teaching. 

 Our journey in the digital realm began long before the shutdown of 2020. 

From programming video games on a TI-99 home computer in the mid-80s to building websites in Dreamweaver before WordPress was even a thing, our roots run deep in the digital world.

2020 was a year of reflection and reinvention for many. For us, it was the year “System Chicks” was formalized.

While the shutdown posed challenges, it also presented an opportunity.

An opportunity to bring together our collective experience, passion, and expertise under one banner.

System Chicks wasn’t just a response to the shutdown; it was the culmination of years of hard work, learning, and growth.

Tracy: The Visionary Leader

Tracy is the heart and soul behind System Chicks. With a professional journey that spans across multiple businesses, both online and offline, she’s been the guiding force in sales, network marketing, and even owned an insurance and financial services agency.

Her passion isn’t just limited to business. As a dedicated volunteer, Tracy has worked with the Girl Scouts, the Special Olympics, and various local organizations. As a teen mom, she mastered the art of balancing family and career, ensuring she was present for every significant moment in her daughters’ lives.

Her early venture into coaching in 2005 was dedicated to entrepreneurs with ADHD, a testament to her commitment to serving the neurodivergent community.

Outside the hustle and bustle, Tracy finds solace in watching classic 90s TV, enjoying board games, and spending quality time with her furry companions.

Notably, Tracy ran a thriving online business while compassionately caring for her aging parents during their final years, an honor she cherishes deeply.

This experience underscores her dedication to supporting Carepreneurs, understanding firsthand the challenges and rewards they face.

Meet Amber, our resident expert in training, process creation, and email marketing. With a track record of helping a financial publishing company soar from 30mil/year to a whopping 140 mil/year, she’s the genius behind multiple $1mil+ evergreen email funnels and manages a list of over 3 million contacts.

Amber: The Email Maestro

There’s more to Amber than just her impressive professional feats.

She’s a lover of video games, history, and literature.

Diving deep into ancient philosophers’ works is her idea of relaxation, and musicals? Well, they’re her happy place.

Her logical approach, combined with a risk-averse nature, makes her the go-to person for list management and email campaign strategy.

While she’s a pro at what she does, she’s also a 90s kid at heart who cherishes time with family and believes there’s no one better to grow a business with.
